      In Store Purchases

      • No Returns are accepted if purchases are made on items in store.

      International / National On-Site Purchases

      • No returns accepted if a customer has physically made a purchase on site.

      Online Purchases Only

      • If you want to return an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can issue you with a return authorization code (RAC).
      • We can only issue refunds or exchanges if you contact us within 14 days of receipt.
      • Once you have received your RAC, send all returns to: Oorvi Desai, 140 Field End Road, London, HA5 1RJ, UK.
      • Please ensure that your returned package is clearly marked ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and include the original invoice as this will ensure fast clearance through Customs. Failing to do so may incur customs charges which will be the customers responsibility.

      Important:

      • Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility and we will not refund the original shipping costs.
      • We will only reimburse shipping costs in the case of faulty or damaged goods or where we assert that we are provably at fault.
      • Note: we do not refund international custom duties and sales tax. You will need to contact your local customs office for further information.
      • It is advisable to return all products by registered post/DHL/TNT/UPS/DPD or similar.
      • Make sure you retain your proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
      • All returned products must be in an unworn condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.
      • Before your parcel leaves our shop, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.
      • To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided.
      • Items returned to us in a used or soiled condition will be sent back to the customer.
      • Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
      • Your statutory rights are unaffected.
      • All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
      • If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first contact us and we will arrange the exchange with no further costs.
